Platform / Supplier catalogue
Module 1 · Catalogue and collection building
Every supplier's offer in one catalogue
No more spreadsheets and slide decks: suppliers publish products in a standard format, and buyers compare offers, filter them and add selected products to the collection in one click.
How it works
From catalogue item to product in the collection
Suppliers add products in a web app or import them from Excel, describe them, group them and publish them. Each catalogue item holds the commercial, technical and logistics data needed for assessment. Buyers see all suppliers' offers in one list, and a selected item becomes a retailer product without retyping.
- Suppliers see and edit only their own catalogue, buyers see the combined offer of all suppliers
- Search, filters and views by colour, material, supplier and price
- Product attribute dictionaries defined by the retailer and used by suppliers
- Excel import and an API for suppliers with large ranges
- A catalogue item becomes a retailer product in one click, passed on to the ERP
- Sustainability Index and similar products visible already at the offer stage
Supplier data in the retailer's language
Every supplier describes products their own way. evorio maps their terms to the retailer's dictionaries, so offers from different suppliers can be compared and scored on the same scale.
Fewer data gaps
Required fields and dictionaries from the start, and gaps the supplier cannot fill are predicted by the ML model.
No retyping of offers
The supplier enters the data once. Buyers do not copy spreadsheets into systems.
Changes and specs in one place
Comments, required changes and specifications reach the supplier on the specific item, with history.
Built for scale
Validation tests on a database sized like a large retailer showed performance many times above target.
The platform is designed for around 1,000 suppliers per retailer, up to 10,000 products per supplier per season and three active seasons at once, in segments such as apparel, footwear and home.
